I’m Elizabeth Black, a pre-licensed therapist based in Knoxville, Tennessee. I’m passionate about helping people who give so much of themselves rediscover who they are at their core.
My path into therapy was shaped by witnessing how often caregivers, helpers, and deep thinkers neglect their own needs in service to others or to expectations. I believe everyone deserves space to pause, breathe, and rebuild a life that feels authentic and sustainable.
My style is warm, reflective, and collaborative. I see therapy as a partnership, one built on curiosity, respect, and compassion. I bring both structure and spaciousness, helping you feel grounded while exploring the deeper layers of your story.
